ARTICLES

All our items are 100% authentic and provided with all accessories supplied by the factory (box, case, cleaning cloth, Certificate of Guarantee, or serial number). Each item is posted with safety and quality certificates required by D.L. n ° 46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. n ° 180 of 04/05/1998 and the certificate of authenticity, where provided.

WARRANTY

Each item has a guarantee of 24 months after purchase.

Excluded from warranty: damage caused by improper or incorrect use of the article.

 

 

PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES

Prices published on the website are inclusive of VAT for Italy and all European Union countries.

The prices published on the website are exclusive of VAT for countries outside the European Union.

The price must be added the cost of shipping, which varies according to the destination country.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

a) PayPal.

b) Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ETC).

Online payments on www.framescenter.com by credit card are managed through STRIPE platform. The credit card details entered at the checkout are sent and processed by STRIPE only. Optariston Web does not have any access to credit card information. We only handle customers’ personal data (i.e. name, address, contact details, etc.) which are necessary to process and ship orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

All information relating to the return of the item are contained in the following:

CAUTION: Please ensure you have carefully read all instructions given before proceeding with the return of the goods, refunds cannot be processed when sent incorrectly.

The customer can return the goods within 14 days from the items delivery. The shipping costs are charged to the purchaser.

The return of the product will be accepted under the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be intact, clean and unused.
  • You must notify us by completing the appropriated FORM MADE PRODUCT with all required data, within 14 days of items delivery.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, including the case and original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be recovered, the item must be packed suitably.

For customers EXTRA CEE: Download the documents in the following link and attach them to the pack to indicate a return.

All costs incurred from receiving the return will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be made approximately within 7 business days of the receipt of the return, though this can be dependent on your card provider. The amount will be credited to the card or PayPal account used when ordering.

The refund will not be processed if terms and conditions are not met.

 

SHIPMENTS

The goods shipped are carefully packed, taking care to protect the item. In case of breakage or tampering of the package, we invite you to not accept delivery. Immediately contact our customer service line, also available via email.

 

Shipments are arranged through DHL or GLS express service (Italy) and FEDEX or UPS (abroad).

You will receive a tracking number of the shipment shortly after purchase, a link will be provided to check the delivery status of the package.

Please note, couriers are unable leave parcels unattended at your address as a signature may be required.
