Shipments and returns


Shipments are arranged through DHL or GLS express service (Italy) and FEDEX or UPS (abroad).

You will receive a tracking number of the shipment shortly after purchase, a link will be provided to check the delivery status of the package.

Please note, couriers are unable leave parcels unattended at your address as a signature may be required.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right to return your purchased products by sending us a written notice within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received your order with an acknowledgment receipt either

All shipping costs to return the purchased items shall be borne by the consumer. All items shall be returned to Optariston Web Srl within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. The items shall be received unworn, undamaged and in the same conditions as they were shipped. They shall be sent back in their original packaging together with all labels and materials included in the package. Optariston Web reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of returned items that do not comply with our return policy.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the notification of your return request. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well as eventual fees/duties to receive the parcel back, if any.
